TRAINING - EQUIPMENT - INSTRUCTORS - LIFE AFTER AFF - COSTS - CUSTOMER COMMENTS April 2004 - AFF Course Lake Elsinore Martin's unparalleled professionalism combined with the small and concentrated group numbers meant that I was able to proceed through the entire eighteen jump course without any re-takes whatsoever. The kit used is of the highest standard - a huge piece of mind to the safety conscious - and the fine weather at Elsinore meant that my progression was practically unhindered. As a training aid, I cannot rate the wind tunnel that has been built in nearby Perris highly enough. Now an integral part of the AFF course, I found it to be a rapid accelerator of skydiving ability that enhanced what was already a very steep learning curve! Such was its value that in addition to the 15 minutes on the AFF course, I found myself doing an additional two sessions over the next seven days - clocking up 45 minutes of 'freefall' time in the tunnel alone. The value of the AFF course was still apparent long after it had finished too, with a unique and very helpful 'introduction to UK jumping' service upon my return. The daunting process of finding a UK drop zone, getting yourself introduced and gaining membership to a local DZ is made an easy and enjoyable experience with many Team Pumpkin members (all of whom have been through it before) more than happy to help. My addiction to the sport has recently compelled me into purchasing my own kit which I am expecting to arrive within the next few weeks. Fortunately this too was made a remarkably simple and gratifying experience with Martin's expert on site help and guidance. There are many products available out there and an awful lot of pitfalls! I wouldn't advise any new and inexperienced jumper to make such an investment without this kind of advice to hand Thanks to all at Phd Skydiving and Team Pumpkin." Easter
1999 ~ Ph.D Skydiving AFF Course in Lake Elsinore "I had nothing
to do with skydiving before my trip to California with Martin and his
team of instructors. Aside from being an extremely exciting sport, the
instructors created a safe environment to qualify myself in an activity
which has proved to be one of the most memorable events of my life,
I urge you to go ahead and qualify yourself, not many people know what
it feels like to fall thousands of feet !"

to end of 1999 ~ Ph.D Skydiving AFF & Progression Course in Lake Elsinore,
CA After successfully
completing my AFF course with Ph.D Skydiving at Lake Elsinore, a Drop
Zone just outside Los Angeles, CA blessed with almost year round sunshine,
I decided to go back there again with Martin as my instructor. In less
than two weeks I had qualified as a Formation Skydiver (FS1 / Cat 10)
as well. With Martin Williams / Ph.D Skydiving you couldn't be in safer
hands. December
